Alan Drury is the son of the Irish Ambassador. His family has been living in a dangerous country and Alan can’t go out by himself because his parents are afraid of kidnappers. Alan is very lonely. When his family moves to London, things improve for Alan. He feels safe and begins to lead a normal life. But Alan soon learns that there’s danger in London, too.
