At Billy Harrison's new school, he hears the legend of the Ghost of the Green Lady. On the night of 1st February, a green light appears over the school lake and then the ghost appears. Billy wants to see this for himself. But somebody is stealing valuable objects from the school and everybody is under suspicion. What's going on?
