Cross-curricular focus:

 History

It’s the autumn of 1888 and there’s fear on the streets of Whitechapel, London. Fear of a man they call ‘Jack the Ripper’ – a killer, with the heart of a demon. He’s killing women with horrifying violence, and the population is terrified. This is the story of the hunt for Jack the Ripper, seen through the eyes of 15-year-old Charlie, a young woman called Mary Kelly and Inspector Abberline, the police chief in charge of the investigation. And London itself also has a story to tell.
