On a school trip to Poland, Matthew falls and breaks his leg. He must stay in Ward Seven of Luban Hospital. At first, it seems boring, but the hospital is full of mysteries. There are other kids in his ward. Pawel and Ivo tell him about their meetings with monsters at night, and Aldona and Halina tell him about their terrifying experience in the therapy pool. Matthew doesn’t believe these stories – at first. But soon, he hears strange noises and sees shadows. Who is the mysterious monster of Luban Hospital? Can the friends stop it or is it too late?
