Scottish teenager Ryan Ross gets a summer job in an old castle, which has recently reopened as a luxury hotel. One day, as he’s leaving work, Ryan meets Emily, a journalist from London, who is investigating the disappearance of a disgraced politician and has followed him to Scotland. Before long, it becomes clear that the politician is not the only celebrity guest at the hotel. Why are they all there?
