Cross-curricular focus:

 Social History

This is the incredible, true story of Captain James Riley and his crew. In 1815, they are shipwrecked off the western coast of North Africa. Lost, and with very little water and food, Riley and his men try to find a way back to civilisation. But then, they are captured by desert nomads and held as slaves. Badly treated, starving and burnt, the men must try to survive until they can escape, or be rescued.
