Burlington Global English is a new, challenging, high-level course that combines a thorough development of communicative skills with solid preparation for international exams. This LOMLOE aligned course offers the very latest in digital support and meets all the Common European Framework guidelines.

The Student’s Book is structured in learning situations, which pose meaningful questions for students to investigate throughout the unit, building up to a project and a final integration of the newly acquired skills and knowledge. The full range of learning competences, such as critical thinking, plurilingualism and cultural awareness, is cleverly integrated in the course, together with an active focus on Sustainable Development Goals. A rich variety of mediation and interaction activities is a key element in the overall development of the students’ communicative abilities.

Each Student's Book unit includes exam-type exercises and tips, as well as a separate exam review section that reflects the exam formats. Further exam preparation is provided in the Workbook and Teacher's All-in-One Pack to reinforce language skills, familiarise students with exam formats and provide them with the strategies and confidence to succeed.

Burlington Global English offers a wide range of digital support material both for interactive work in the classroom as well as home study. Digital Vocabulary Presentations, Digital Grammar Tutors and videos on real-world themes, culture and CLIL enrich the learning experience.
