A quiet space within the Active Minds World
Active Journal is a personal, optional space designed to reflect the approach of Active Minds.
It offers students short moments of pause and attention through simple, guided writing.
The activities are brief and non-assessed, encouraging self-reflection and expression. Thoughtful prompts grow with students across the four years of ESO, remaining age-appropriate and linguistically accessible.
Active Journal is not a course component and is not linked to the Student’s Book sequence or assessment. Teachers can use it flexibly – occasionally, regularly, or simply by making it available for students to use independently.
A few lines for writing and a quiet moment can open space for reflection and promote the students’ well-being.
