Eminent scientist Dr Erik Carlsson is kidnapped by criminals at an international conference, just as he is about to reveal his revolutionary solution to the problem of global warming. Now, the solution has disappeared with him. Sometime later, strange lights and heated areas appear in an isolated area in Siberia. Secret agent Fiona Stone is sent to Siberia to investigate these strange phenomena. What's going on?
