 Social Studies

In 15th-century Paris, an ugly deformed child is abandoned at the entrance to Notre Dame Cathedral. The child is adopted by Frollo, a young priest, who names him Quasimodo. Quasimodo lives in the cathedral and becomes the bellringer there. But there is trouble ahead when both Quasimodo and Frollo fall in love with Esmeralda, a beautiful young gypsy dancer. This love triangle sets the scene for an intriguing story of love, hate, loyalty and betrayal.
