ACTIVE MINDS

Active Minds follows the principles of the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework, offering flexible ways for students to access content, work on tasks and demonstrate their learning. By carrying out hands-on tasks and projects, typically of a cross-curricular and intercultural nature, students acquire new language tools and develop key competences. They learn how to think creatively and critically, do research, generate content and present it.

Active Minds sparks students' interest and curiosity throughout each learning situation from start to finish. Fun puzzles, exciting videos and intriguing questions lead students on a dynamic exploration of meaningful real-world topics for teenagers

The course places a special focus on developing the well-being of the students by encouraging positive relationships, emotional awareness and a safe learning environment where students can grow both academically and personally. In addition, Active Minds integrates the UN Sustainable Development Goals, raising global citizenship issues in a practical and meaningful way.
